Stooker Specialty Coffee
Stooker Specialty Coffee roasts small batches of seasonal specialty coffee in Amsterdam. A certified B Corp, it focuses on fair prices for farmers, transparent sourcing and roast profiles tailored to each coffee.

Stooker Specialty Coffee's story
Stooker Specialty Coffee traces back to Onno, who had been active in Amsterdam's specialty coffee scene since 2008 and later opened a pop-up bar to share his brews with the local coffee community. In 2011, Florian joined him after being struck by an unwashed coffee from Panama, and together they founded Stooker in 2014 to expand the reach of specialty coffee. The company roasts small batches of seasonal coffee sourced from farmers in countries such as Colombia, Peru and Ethiopia, buying only lots scoring 84 points or higher, and is a certified B Corporation committed to fair prices and transparent, traceable sourcing. Roasting profiles are developed in-house in their Amsterdam roastery, and the team, which includes roasters, baristas and Q-graders, also runs an SCA-certified coffee academy that has trained over 500 people since 2014.
