Papercup Coffee

Papercup Coffee's story

Papercup Coffee, established in 2013, began with a first shop in Glasgow's West End, where the founders wanted to produce amazing coffee served in a place where people could meet, chat and enjoy brunch. Coffee was roasted in store and brewed by skilled baristas to showcase the diverse character of modern coffee. Over the years the business grew to include a dedicated coffee roastery and training space along with two café locations. The team describes learning from mistakes and gaining experience along the way, and says they strive to source ethically and environmentally sound coffee.
