Cupping Room's story

Cupping Room was founded in 2011 in Stanley Plaza, Stanley, Hong Kong Island. From the beginning, our focus was to bring carefully roasted and prepared coffee to Hong Kongers in a comfortable environment. We roast coffees with great aroma, sweetness, and clarity of flavour. Above all else, this is our identity and what guides our craft. We work directly with producers and trusted partners to buy coffees season after season, when they are in-season, to ensure the best possible quality. We avidly seek out coffees that are transparent examples of origin, processing method, and variety; then roast carefully to balance acidity and sweetness in the cup.
